| Mizuho's first love?! Honestly, the way she meet certain people in this show is more than a coincidence. This looks like an extension of the previous episode near the beach with her and the boys. There were more flashbacks featured when they used to be kids. It's an important way of storytelling to flesh out her character. Feels like she was the most clever person out of the group. |

| I swear this show is just a straight up soap opera. Like genuinely even has the direction writing of an NBC soap opera. Like of course Mizuho first love is Shugo’s brother who’s now her teacher 🤦🏽♂️ had to have the grooming option in the series. Bro is 25 competing with teenagers for a girl cmon now. It’s like this author just wanted every negative shoujo stereotype in a show.😭 Fitting this is the first episode we see Shugo’s crush, Shiraishi-sensei. “I’m an adult and a teacher and I’m simply not interested in you. Not one bit” LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO bro I’m in tears. That was brutal. Looks like we’ll be going into a forbidden love arc from here on out. He’s gonna be going after her and Togo will keep making his moves on Mizuho. This is like a train wreck you just can’t take your eyes away from |

| i love it, it's getting worse and worse with each ep, i wonder what's gonna be the next trope or who's gonna seduce mizuho next. Maybe the guy from the swimming team making a comeback? Maybe another childhood acquaintance? Maybe the director? Find out next week of author fantasy |

| Mizuho might've changed drastically and having the better life now, but adolescence is pretty much both a blessing and a curse to her. As much as the guys are all playing nice, Togo is in another whole ballpark that the Highlands boys can't afford to drop their guard on her first crush. Shugo, however, going as far as to poach his teacher Shiraishi and trying to entertain her, she clearly doesn't give him the light of day to reject his proposition. With Togo arriving as a student teacher into their school, the guys knowing that they have no chance of hiding themselves, as much as Mizuho's only focus is on her manuscript and her manga work after pulling off constant all-nighters, with the help of Shugo and Aira. This is as much effort she will give since her mother's passing, with the 4 guys accompanying her like their usual young days. Togo making his intentions clear that just like the 4 guys, he's also another childhood friend of Mizuho's, and this soap opera is only going to get messy. |
