Delete all save files and presisent file, then fresh reinstall. This fixed it for me but i have a "tainted" being a dik and a "clean"one

Sometimes it does due to DPC's anti cheat stuff if you want to use the mod wait for scrappy to update otherwise start a new run and delete both persistent files

it doesn't f your saving files, unless you forcedly used 2 paths in the same file. if you run each file for a path then your saves will be ok.

Hey guys I only used Sancho's mod for seeing the points on each choices rather than going two paths at one time in a single file, that should cause no issue right?
