Love the flow of this one. And the short mindful breathing with emphasis on belly breathing felt nourishing. I like that way to end the stretching session and transition to carry the work into my day.

Had to cut long run slightly short today as the mysterious lower back glute pain struck again out of nowhere, but this has really helped calm the area down, and a bit of roller work now and then try again tomorrow, and thanks for this stretching session Ash has really helped 👍
Great to hear this helped mate. Could be some glute strengthening on order. Our glutes stabilise pelvis and absorb shock as we run to prevent pain in the lower back so if you was my client I would immediately check your glutes 👍🏻😊

Thanks Ash. That last stretch where the you have one leg in front and one behind pulling up with the feet. I experienced a pain in my back on the right side and couldn't do that stretch at all the left side was alright. Thank you.
Maybe some tightness in the hips or back that is causing that. Well done for not pushing your body to do it for the sake of it 👍🏻

This was a really good one today, Thanks. After the holidays I haven't been very consistent, but started a new training plan to take me to my race end of May. This was a hard but rewarding week, just getting back in.
This was exactly what I needed, both for stretching and mindfulness. A nice way to warm up after a -28, feels like -39 with the wind, snowy run.

Hi Ash! I love your flow, your instruction style and how compassionate you are. Would like to compliment your accent as I enjoy it, and also trying to be clear, I know how hard it can be. But you are right, some words could have a different pronaunciation for example when you say ‘go slow’ (sounds like SLUR) and I had to look at the video what you meant.

Just a quick question about the stretch from min. 6: I feel I overstretch my neck. Can I use a pillow or would that be unfavorable for the overall body posture?

Did my longest run so far in my training for a 15 mile race (never done one more than 10k before) and have been using your videos lots to try to prevent injury/soreness etc and so far it's worked!

After a very stressful week, and an increased total mileage this week to 43.5 miles, this stretch was so nice! My long run today was only 9.3 miles and still this stretch felt amazing. I love it when you remind us to smile. Thank you so much Ash!
